You’ve been on it for a week, solidly under your calories for a whole 7 days, a big win and achievement when you’re just starting out.
You’re looking forward to stepping on the scales to see the fruits of your labour.
You eagerly go into the bathroom, get on the scales…

NOTHING?!
That whole effort of a week has done nothing???
Let’s pause before you throw the scales out the window and say **** it..
Sometimes there will be cases where your result is either slow to kick in, or can come through less or later than you would have liked.
But that doesn’t mean nothing is happening, it’s very complex and something that a short newsletter can’t cover.
But the overall message is this- if you have had a great week and then no result shows for you..
Have another great week!
And another.
And another.
It’s physically impossible for you to not have 3 or 4 great weeks in a row and not get closer to your fat loss goal. As long as you are 100% focused and you know your numbers.
Every single person who has ever lost weight successfully will tell you that it is not a straight process. There will be weeks where nothing seemingly happens.
But it all comes through in the end!
