TDEE, FYI
Apart from being an awesome abbreviation (apparently, there are hundreds!) TDEE is the basic foundation on which anyone should start with their fitness.
This is because the info that you can gather from it will be instrumental in you reaching your desired outcome, Lets have a look.
First of all, I referenced it in last weeks edition but here is the link again ICYMI (sorry last one).

In a snapshot above we have the data for a hypothetical person. If you don’t know any of the measurements, better to find out rather than guess.
